Implicit Function Family with Slider-Controllable Parameters f(x,y,a[i],A,B)=0 (Line-Scan Method) (version 2.0)
This plotter is an augment of the f(x,y,a[i])=0 function plotter. You can insert 1 or 2 Slider-Controllable parameters, A and/or B, into the function definition, to easily explore the geometric characteristics of the function, which are affected by a[i], A, and/or B parameters.Restart/Reload This Web Page
- Click "Run/Re-Run Plotter" button to plot the pre-defined example function family.
- Move the sliders to change the value of the A and/or B parameters, and observe the changes of the graphs.
- Input your own function definition, put variables: a, A, and/or B, in to your function formula.
- Re-define A and/or B range (max and min), if needed. Keep max>min, and input numbers only(not characters).
- Re-define parameters a[i]=a0,a1,a2,,, if needed.
- Change or set the x/y plot range, [xmin, xmax] and [ymin, ymax], for your new/re-defined function, if needed.
- Click "Run/Re-Run Plotter" button or Move the sliders to plot your new/re-defined function family.
- If the existence range of f(x,y,a,A,B)=0 graph is not known beforehand, you can set a larger x/y plot range to catch the graph.
- If the displayed graph is too small, you can use the mouse(left key, down-move-up) to select part of the graph and the plotter will zoom-in and magnify the selected graph part automatically. Use "Zoom-out/Back" button to reverse the zoom-in.
For more detailed usage Information, see the f(x,y,a[i])=0 function plotter.
